Update: How to clean my brushes

Back in the day, I did a video on how to clean your brushes, but that was really old. So I decided to do an updated version of how I clean them now when I first started to clean my brushes I used baby shampoo. Now with me being Cruelty-Free, I use a whole different soap now. I also use a Sigma {link to full review } cleaning mitten to help me zip through them because let's be honest ladies we all fuss about cleaning brush day!!

As you can see in the video I have a full arrange of different shapes and sizes in my brush collection, some of them I need to replace because they are starting to show their age. But for the most part, most of all of them are still in great condition. My beauty blenders I disinfect in a container of boiling water and a little lemon juice. In the container, I add a little soap as well, then I clean like normal till the water runs clear and the foundation marks are gone. Add some soap on to the blender and start than I clean them till the water goes clear.

The soap I use is Dr.Bronners liquid Castile soap, I use the circus smelling one. I only got an 8 oz bottle to start ( also it was on sale), you only need a little bit at a time to get the job done.

Little about the Bronner's Soap:
- There are 10 different types of the soap in scents
- Various sizing and price point the 8oz online are about $6.99 US  and 5.99-21.00 CAN depend on what size.
- Cleans brushes very well
- Leaves your brushes very soft and conditioned
- Vegan
- Cruelty-Free
-  Non- GMO
- Fair - Trade
